Terms of service
The agreement between you and Prestige Graphics Inc.
Last updated August 21, 2026
Who this agreement is with
Prestige Connect is operated by Prestige Graphics Inc., 20 Hanlan Road, Unit 17, Woodbridge, Ontario L4L 3P6, Canada. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your password to yourself, and for telling us at info@prestigegraphics.ca if you think someone else has access to it.
Accounts, organizations and plans
Every card belongs to an organization. If you signed up on your own, you are an organization of one and you are its administrator.
- The free plan allows two cards.
- A managed plan is for clients of Prestige Graphics and has no card limit. Only we can set it.
- An organization can have more than one administrator, and it can never be left with none.
What you put on a card
You are responsible for the content of your cards. It must be accurate, and it must be yours to publish.
Do not use Prestige Connect to:
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Publish someone else's personal information without their permission.
- Publish anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or deceptive.
- Link to malware or to anything designed to deceive the people who read your card.
- Store patient health information, clinical records, or any other sensitive personal information. This product is for the contact details of staff and nothing else.
We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you put in. You give us permission to store, display and deliver it as part of running the service, which includes showing your published card to anyone who has its link, and building a Wallet pass or a contact file from it when someone asks for one. That permission ends when you delete the content.
A published card is readable by anyone who has the link. It is not listed in search engines, but it is not private either.
Cards and contacts belong to the organization
A card belongs to the organization it was created in, not to the person shown on it. If your employer gave you a card, you can edit your own details and they stay live immediately, but publishing, deleting and the organization's branding are theirs. If you leave, the card stays with them.
The same applies to contacts. When somebody sends their details back after reading a card, that contact belongs to the organization. Its administrators can see every contact it has captured, and you can see the ones your own cards captured. Contacts outlive the card they came through and they stay with the organization when you leave.
This is a beta
Prestige Connect is early. It is provided as is, without warranties, with no promise of uptime, and features can change or be withdrawn. Keep your own copy of anything you would mind losing.
Printed cards
Printed and NFC cards are supplied by Prestige Graphics under a separate arrangement. Nothing here covers their price, delivery or replacement.
Ending it
You can delete your account, or close an organization, at any time from inside the product. A managed organization is closed by contacting us instead.
We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering it, we will give you notice and time to export what you have.
What we are not responsible for
To the extent the law allows, Prestige Graphics Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us for it in the previous twelve months or 100 Canadian dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy, linked at the bottom of this page. It forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top of this page is when they last changed. If we make a change that affects you materially, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
